Mirage International Property Consultants expand its presence in Spain

Mirage International Property Consultants (MIPC) is pleased to announce Sabine Grimaldi Cardenas as the newest member to its global network. Sabine will be our new Sales Broker in Spain and will manage a vast portfolio of luxurious property in that region.

We welcome Sabine to the network and to service the prospective customers looking for primary and vacation homes. Sabine shares her vast experience and skills to better serve our prospective clients in the region.

In Sabine’s words, “I was born in Germany and grew up in south of Spain (Jerez). From a tourism background of 10 years, I have worked since my arrival in Marbella in 2004 in one of the most prestigious and luxurious residential complexes on the Costa del Sol (Puerto Banús), firstly, 4 years as a management secretary and for the following 6 years, as a manager. This has allowed me to interact with people of different cultures and nationalities, offering them an excellent service. Since 2014, I have been working on my own account in the sale and rental of properties, which increase my knowledge of the area and market. I keep updated with new urban projects. I love the interaction with clients. My empathy with people and attention to detail, as well as my positive mental approach to everything, allows me to enjoy more the process of finding the right home or investment to suit your needs and lifestyle, and to have satisfied clients.”

Her Language fluency: Spanish, German and English. Intermediate level: Italian
