Property Supervisor

Department: Property Management

The purpose of the Property Supervisor (PS) position in the Property Management Division is to assist with the day to day functions of the property management department and the functions of the Property Management teams. The PS may be required to act as the liaison between the tenants and the Property Manager (PM) for certain property related issues at commercial and residential properties.

Job Details

  • Internal: General Manager, Sales & Leasing Manager, FM Manager, MIPC staff, Artan Support team
  • External: Tenants, Visitors, Landlords

  • Managing all phases within the property management process, including the leasing department liaison.
  • Weekly site inspections of assigned MIPC portfolio of properties.
  • Report work orders to Maintenance department/Helpdesk based on information obtained from tenants, technicians or based on information gathered from site visits.
  • Compile condition reports of all site inspections and sharing it with MIPC management.
  • Assist in the “readiness” of leased units prior to move in of new tenants, as per SOPs.
  • Assist in the performance of all necessary functions to facilitate tenant “Move In” and “Move Out”.
  • Draft Memos and/or making phone calls to Tenants related to move out and move in inspections.
  • Issue keys to tenants, logging said keys out/in, ensuring return of said keys on move out inspections.
  • Forward all move out documentation to Lease Department for cost verification and security deposit releases.
  • Maintain logs and lists as necessary and preventative maintenance calendars, AMCs schedules and communicate to tenants accordingly.
  • At the direction of the FM Manager, visit managed/non-managed properties to perform or assist in the performance of management duties.
  • Perform asset management of assigned portfolio, in accordance the SOPs.
  • Generally assist in all functions of the Property Management Department.
  • Any other duties / responsibilities as assigned time to time based on business requirements.
  • Ability to work with little direction, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with team members.
  • Professional demeanor. strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills, as well as exceptional organizational and multi-
    tasking skills with the ability to work independently.



  • English
  • Arabic is an advantage

Specialized Training/Knowledge Required

  • Proficiency in word, outlook and excel is required.


Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or min. pf 5 years’ experience in property management and upliftment/fit out projects.



  • A minimum of 5 years of property management experience in commercial/residential real estate
  • Successful applicant must show success in meeting or exceeding efficiency, financial, and service expectations.
