The primary role of the Business Development Executive – Ministries, Government, Corporate, Manufactures and other industries including all courses category is to be the key point of contact between the company and its existing and prospect clients. They must build up the business by responding to queries, identifying training requirements and introducing the services of the company. They must possess a good product knowledge to demonstrate and present the quality of the services of the company and its values. They must prospect new clients through cold calling, networking and relationship building.
They must then create a sales business plan with persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a rapport with clients, achieve targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the business. They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to existing and new clients.
