Business Development Executive

Department: Business Development

The primary role of the Business Development Executive – Ministries, Government, Corporate, Manufactures and other industries including all courses category is to be the key point of contact between the company and its existing and prospect clients. They must build up the business by responding to queries, identifying training requirements and introducing the services of the company. They must possess a good product knowledge to demonstrate and present the quality of the services of the company and its values. They must prospect new clients through cold calling, networking and relationship building.

They must then create a sales business plan with persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. They must develop a rapport with clients, achieve targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the business. They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to existing and new clients.

Job Details

  • Cold-calling prospective clients and offering them tailored training solutions.
  • Following-up on enquiries that are being generated by marketing efforts.
  • Developing technical and commercial proposals to clients on a regular basis.
  • Scheduling calls with prospects being nurtured and work with clients to schedule business meetings
  • Presenting proposals to clients at business meetings
  • Undertaking any other tasks and responsibilities appropriate to the post.
  • Promoting the value of training and brand of Qatar Skills Training Centre
  • Generating leads from the target audience of each category
  • Collaborating with QS team to generate new ideas to achieve better results
  • Participating in events/conferences related to education/training sector
  • Preparing sales plans and reports
  • Set up meetings with existing and prospective clients/individuals (Client visits)
  • Identifying training and development requirements of clients/individuals
  • Gather feedback from clients and prospects and provide after sales service
  • Build a pool of high caliber and highly-skilled trainers
  • Cross-selling all QS courses in all categories
  • Planning and Organizational skills
  • Self-Driven
  • Ability to generate her own leads
  • Have a very good computer skills and internet searching skills
  • Have good experience in tele sales
  • High Sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Have ability to build rapport with the client
  • Have experience of selling training previously
  • Vibrant energetic
  • Diploma or Degree in related field
  • Should have minimum 5 years working experience in the same industry with KSA
  • Must be working as a salesperson in a training provider specifically in UAE.
  • Must have strong telephone sales skills
  • Fluent English Speaker
  • Young age between (25-38)
  • With valid Qatar driving license would be an advantage
